Cabin Rental Policies

House Rules

• No parties or events without prior authorization
• No smoking inside the cabin
• Pets must be disclosed prior to booking
• Only registered guests allowed on the property
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
• Check‑In / Check‑Out
• Check‑in: 2 PM
• Check‑out: 11 AM
• Self check‑in via lockbox

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
• 50% refund up to 48 hours before arrival
• No refund within 48 hours of arrival

Damage & Fees

Guests agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused to the cabin, furnishings, or property during their stay. Excessive cleaning fees may be applied if the cabin is left in poor condition.

Safety

Guests must use the fire pit, grill, and outdoor areas responsibly. Children must be supervised. Wildlife is present on the property.

Liability Waiver (Required for All Direct Bookings)

All direct‑booking guests must sign a Liability Waiver before the reservation is confirmed.

By signing, guests agree that:

They assume all risks associated with staying on the property, including outdoor terrain, wildlife, fire pit use, and cabin access.

The owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.

Guests are 100% liable for any damage they cause to the cabin, land, or structures.

Failure to sign the waiver will result in cancellation of the reservation.
